奶酪冻的做法

材料

炼乳 14 oz 罐头一个 水 2 杯 Vanilla - 1 tsp Gelatine - 1 TBSP + 2 TBSP cold water Cream Cheese - 8 TBSP (size of stick of butter) Salt - 1/8 tsp Sauce: 1 - frozen strawberry puree or 2 - strawberry jam diluted with some water --------I was testing to see which one I like better, for sweeter result, use the diluted jam, for more freshness, use the puree.

做法

Gelatine - 1 TBP + 2 TBP water - 融解备用

把其他所有的东西放入小锅里加热到锅内边围起小泡,不要烧开,离开火,加gelatine搅匀,到入容器(大的给家庭用,小的给个人用),进冰箱,凝固后用水果,sauce 点缀,吃吧.
